• Your privacy is very important to us. Your content and information will be protected based on the following:
Your data shared by others: We may receive, publish, and/or share information and photos about you when a user posts a photo individually or is added to a collection. By using the LOST APP, you can store and share information, photos, and personal information about yourself and others, much like sharing a photo party. We may also receive other types of information about you when you interact with and use LOST APP accounts, users, and subscribers, such as searching for content, a friend's account or page, clicking, viewing, or otherwise interacting with things, or using our mobile application. We may also receive information when a user posts content such as photos or videos to or on our website LOSTKW APP (whether or not users are subscribers), including information about the time, date, and location where the user took the photo or video. We receive data from the computer, mobile phone, or other device that the user uses to access our website (LOSTKW APP) regardless of how often the user accesses the website, regardless of how random or frequent you or others use the information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and other information about things like your Internet service provider, location, the type of browser the user is using, or the pages the user visits. We receive data that may include the date and time the user visits the website or the website address (URL); technical information about the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of browser and operating system the user is using; and your username if the user is logged in via Facebook www.facebook.com. We provide the data to our advertising partners or our customers only after we have removed your name or any other personally identifiable information from it that we have combined with other people's data in a way that no longer associates it with you.

• General Information:

Publicly available information, which is the type of information listed below, is always publicly available and is only processed as information that users choose to make public, including name, username, profile pictures, cover photos (unless deleted by the user), gender, and information that the user chooses to share publicly. We may use this information as follows: as part of our efforts to keep our products, services, and integrations safe and secure; to protect the proprietary rights of LOSTKW APP or others; to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising that the user and others see, including sending you notifications of relevant ads; and for internal operations, including problem solving, data analysis, testing, research, and service improvement. We will not share the information we receive about users with others unless we: have your permission; provide notice to the user, including informing the user about this policy; or remove your name or other personally identifiable information from it.

Sharing Your Content and Information:

• Users own all content and material they post on the LOSTKW APP. Furthermore:

• With regard to content subject to intellectual property rights, such as images and videos (IP Content), users specifically grant us the following permission: The user grants us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Content that the user shares on LOSTKW APP. This grant ends when the user deletes the content or deletes their account, unless their content has been shared with and/or by others and they have not yet deleted it. If the user is not the publisher, such right (right of deletion) is not available.

• When a user deletes Material, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a public computer. Users understand that removed Content may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be made available to others).

• When a user posts Material or information, users authorize anyone, including those outside the website (LOSTKW APP), to access, use, and associate that information with the user (i.e., the user's name and profile picture).
